LONG POST - This ended up being one of my most difficult and stressful sales in my entire career! A past client of mine called and said we had two weeks to find a buyer and get us closed.
While we found the perfect buyer immediately, we did not make the closing needed due to some title issues that took a little extra work. With some stressful nights, an extra 1.5 weeks, and both non-profits putting in the work, we finally got the all clear and closed! I couldn’t be more excited for both my sellers and my buyers and we all look forward to seeing the continued growth of not only the property but the new organization that now calls it home.
This was a two acre parcel made up of a historic stone church (1900), the original Jenkins Music family’s home (1910), two multi-family lots (one of which I sold in 2016), a car wash and a children’s playground.
I am so honored to have helped these incredible organizations and I look forward to the continued positive impact they will have in the Historic Northeast.
