We highly suggest investing in dash cams as they are able to provide great evidence in accidents as well as defend you in certain traffic ticket situations. Amazon has a good selection of different brands, but there is really no need for spending more than $50.

As most everyone was expecting, the stay at home order has been extended through May 15th. This in no way affects the ability to file bankruptcy cases in both Missouri and Kansas. We are still doing all attorney-client appointments via telephone or Zoom meetings. All signings can be done via email or fax scanned signatures and all court dates will be done via telephone for the foreseeable future (as of right now even court dates in early June are set for telephone conferences). Please don’t hesitate to call or email the office if you have any questions!

A stay-at-home order for Kansas City has been extended until May 15. The order started March 24 and was originally set to expire next Friday.

To set the record straight, there is NOT a curfew in Clay County related to the Stay-Home Order, and we are NOT pulling people over and asking for permits/passes going to and from work.

We ARE pulling people over who need some additional Drivers Ed. 🚓
