Amy Jackson is a partner at Siro Smith Dickson PC and practices in the areas of employment discrimination and personal injury, where she dedicates her time to representing workers who have been exploited or discriminated against by their employers and individuals who have been injured.
Since 2023, Amy has served on The Missouri Bar Board of Governors, first as a representative of the Western District and, for the last two years, as a representative for District 12. Throughout her tenure, she served on the Finance Committee, providing oversight and guidance to ensure the financial stewardship of The Missouri Bar. Her service supported responsible fiscal management, accountability, and the effective allocation of resources in furtherance of the Bar's mission and strategic priorities.
Additionally, she served on the Member Benefits Committee, where she evaluated existing member benefit programs and explored new opportunities to enhance the value of membership and better serve members of The Missouri Bar. In addition, Amy serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Women Lawyers
of Greater Kansas City, The Missouri Bar Client Security Fund Committee, the Joint Commission on Women in the Profession, and the UMKC Law Young Alumni Committee as the Secretary/Treasurer.
From 2019 to 2023, she served as a Kansas City representative on The Missouri Bar’s YLS Council. Amy found her four years of service on the YLS Council a rewarding experience that allowed her to engage and build relationships with the members of the
Board of Governors. This involvement motivated her to continue her involvement within The Missouri Bar. Formerly, Amy served as the co-chair of the UMKC Law Young Alumni Committee and is a graduate of The Missouri Bar Leadership Academy, Class of 2018-2019.
Amy is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City Metropolitan area and a first-generation college graduate and lawyer. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009 and graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2017. When Amy is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her
active threenager, step-children, grandbaby, and her husband, Adam Graves.
Amy has been honored to serve and is committed to continuing The Missouri Bar’s mission to improve the legal profession, the administration of justice, and the law on behalf of the public.
