There's potential for mist and drizzle along and near the I-70 corridor and into the northeast tonight, which could glaze the roadways with black ice in below-freezing temperatures. Use extra caution in these areas, especially on bridges and overpasses. If the road looks wet, it may be slicker than you think.

Recent death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, has become a topic of great controversy. Scalia, being one of the more conservative judges, leaves the bench split between liberals and conservatives. The question is whether Obama should appoint the next judge, almost definitely securing a liberal bench or due to it being an election year waiting until after the election to have a new judge appointed to the seat. Either way the decision could greatly impact rulings on cases in the future and possibly change life as we know it. Do you know your rights? Kansas City woman was awarded $83 million dollar verdict after being harassed by a debt collection agency. The woman told the company they had, the wrong person, but the collection agency persisted and ultimately harassed this woman breaking the Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). The company has yet to pay the woman and will face financial troubles if required to pay full amount. Regardless there are laws in place that debt collection agencies must follow. Unfortunately majority of debt collection suits result in default judgments against the debtor because the debtor does not respond to the lawsuit or fails to show up in court. The debt buyer will then seek to collect on the judgment by garnishing the debtor’s wages or bank account.
