Duties in this fast paced firm include being the point person for communicating with the firm’s clients: Answering the office phones from 8:00-12:00, 1:00-5:00 Monday through Friday; maintain a good working relationship with all clients by assessing their needs, addressing all questions and concerns; check firm voicemail and return calls as needed; and assist clients with paperwork.
Duties also include working collaboratively with other staff with office administration tasks, including: Sort, scan and distribute mail daily; assist with various legal assistant duties as needed such as bulk mailing, assist with group projects, scanning, copying, trial prep, etc.
Must be punctual, dependable, good communication skills, and proficient in standard computer software. Legal experience preferred but not required. Looking for someone that wants to learn and grow within our firm as well as compassion for our clients.
