We are so proud to see Peregrine Peninsula come back to life. ❤️

After the fire in 2024, we made a commitment to restore this historic downtown Kalamazoo building and turn a difficult moment into an opportunity to create something positive for our community.

Today, Peregrine Peninsula is home to 11 beautiful apartments, bringing much-needed housing to the heart of downtown while preserving the character and history of this special building.

This project was truly a team effort. We are grateful to AGC Construction, Michigan Growth Advisors, Mercantile Bank, MSHDA, the City of Kalamazoo, and so many others who helped make this vision possible.

Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way. We are honored to continue investing in downtown Kalamazoo and its future.

Beautiful day, beautiful flowers - what more could you ask for? 😎🌞

We would like to thank the Peregrine-Huff Foundation for the purchase of the new self watering flower pots for the Downtown Malll, along with funding the beautiful seasonal plantings provided and planted by VanderSalm's nursery.

These vibrant displays help create a welcoming, attractive environment for residents, visitors, and businesses throughout downtown Kalamazoo.

A special thank you to the Downtown Ambassadors, who rolled up their sleeves and helped install the new planters and bring this project to life. Their dedication and hard work make our downtown a better place every day!

Together we're investing in the beauty, vitality, and sense of community that make Downtown Kalamazoo such a special place!
