To summarize: State lawmakers pass insurance "reform" to make it harder for people to hold insurance companies accountable when they improperly deny a claim and tell us the savings these companies realize will trickle down to us in the form of lower premiums. However, rather than using any savings to lower premiums the companies instead reward their CEO's with multi million dollar bonuses and insurance rates keep going up. Time to demand better from our legislature in Tallahassee!

Turns out that it is greedy insurance executives not storms or trial lawyers who are driving insurance companies out of business. We need to demand more from our elected representatives and insurance regulators! Please remember this the next time you vote.
