Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Below Capabilities (Not Limited To):

* General secretarial duties — handling documents and correspondence, redlining, maintaining attorney calendars, editing long and complex documents, copying, faxing, and scanning
* Computer literate (MS Office Suite/familiar with legal time and billing software)
* Ability to make/receive both client/business phone calls while upholding a high level of customer service and telephonic etiquette
* Exceptional communication, typing, and grammar skills
* Maintain client files etc
* Drafting letters, documents, legal agreements, contracts etc
* Following up on delegated assignments/tasks
* Highly organized, attention to detail, self starting, and follow through
* Able to maintain client/attorney confidentiality
* Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
