REAL ESTATE INVESTOR – SALES
We are looking to expand our team (again). We are looking for an absolute ROCKSTAR that can get on the phones, build rapport with our clients, understand their situation and work with them to come up with creative solutions. The end state will be that we are able to help a seller out with a sticky situation and we are also able to purchase their home.
Starting commission will be at 20% of revenue generated. (STARTING – this is not the end goal). So if you generate 100k in revenue – you will be paid $20k. How many deals do you think you can do a year if ALL you had to do was get on the phones and close the deal? We will provide the rest of the support to ensure that your focus is ONLY working with our sellers.
The Systems are built. The leads are in place. The infrastructure is fully built out. We've been successfully purchasing investment properties for almost a decade here in Maryland. The last couple of years Victor Bravo scaled back operations, however; we are once again looking to expand our operations and are looking for the RIGHT person to put on the team.
We are ONLY looking for one additional person to join the team.
The goal will be to bring a new salesperson on board and have you up and running within 2 weeks, on the phones and ready to close deals. We will provide you with MORE than enough leads to work from as well as the appropriate training on how to find more leads and close more deals. We will provide the infrastructure and systems needed to ensure you have EVERYTHING you need to become as successful as you would like to in this business.
This is a full commission position with a draw for the first six months. We NEED someone who has the confidence and ability to execute on a daily basis in order to begin building wealth for yourself and your family.
This is NOT a glitz and glamour position. You will NOT find us flashing our “huge deals” on social media. You will NOT see us in Lambos or Helicopters. You will NOT find pics of us with stacks of cash. If that is what you are looking for, this is the WRONG place for you.
