Get a glimpse of what it’s like to live in downtown Joplin! On Saturday, May 2, from 2pm-6pm, Downtown Joplin Alliance invites you to join its 2026 Downtown Lofts Tour, showcasing historic properties available to rent or buy in the downtown area.

This “open house-style” tour will take you into some of downtown’s most fascinating properties–some units will be fully furnished and occupied, others will still be in process of renovation to some degree. Expect to even see a few properties where restoration has not yet begun!
