Some closings are just a little extra special. ā¤ļøš”
These two started as clients, became repeat clients, and somewhere along the way crossed WELL into friend territory.
Today we closed on our fifth property togetherāwith number six already in the works when I list their current home soon. And I donāt take that kind of trust for granted for one second.
This time, they were looking for something different. Something smaller. Something they could make their own and comfortably grow into their golden years together.
And we found it. ā¤ļø
This precious little 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has the giant yard, beautiful mature trees, two detached garages and all the potential they were looking for. It needs a little love, but I already know theyāre going to bring this sweet place back to its former gloryāand I cannot WAIT to watch it happen.
Actually, sheās already started. š
Before closing day was even over, her flags were in the yard and the little dog statue representing their two chocolate Labs had officially arrived at its new home. If that doesnāt say āthis is ours now,ā I donāt know what does. š„¹
Thereās something incredibly rewarding about helping someone buy a home.
But having people come back and choose you againā¦and againā¦and again? Getting to walk alongside them through different homes, different seasons and different plans for their future?
That means more to me than I can adequately put into words.
I am so thankful these two chose me yet again to be part of their story, and Iām absolutely overjoyed that we found the little house that felt right for this next chapter.
Congratulations, my friends. ā¤ļøš
Now letās make this little place yours.
Five down. Number six coming soon. š
