I've been saying this for years about the Patriot Act!!!
It wasn't about Patriotism. It was actually the opposite of Patriotism. it was about spying on innocent American Citizens without probable cause of a crime and violating our fourth amendment while doing so!!!
We the People deserve better!!!

Do police officers have the right to Detain someone when they are serving a trespass warning?!?

Are citizens allowed to go back in the house when they are being served?!?

Would this be considered obstructing governmental operations?!?

Or do they have a lawsuit coming for acting outside the Scope of their Authority?!?

Constitutional rights are being Violated and Eroded every day!!!
What happened to "Shall Not Be Infringed?!?"
Citizens must remember that these cops weren't Drafted like in the military and forced to become a police officer.
No one twisted their arm. They voluntarily signed up to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
Then they disarm a citizen when the 2nd amendment clearly states "shall not be infringed."
Law enforcement officers are always bringing up officer safety....
Well what about civilian safety?!?
We need police officers who share the same energy as the Constitution.
And we need more citizens to stand up like this guy did and peacefully redress his grievances!!!
I'm not sure who this man is, but you are my hero, Sir!!!
Keep steadfasting the line and keep recording to hold them accountable and to teach other citizens how to stand up for themselves.

🇺🇸 ARKANSAS, IT’S TIME TO THINK OUTSIDE THE RED AND BLUE!!!🇺🇸

🔴 Republican. 🔵 Democrat. How many times have we watched the same political back-and-forth, hoping for real change, only to end up frustrated with the direction things are going?

If you're tired of never seeing the change you want, no matter who's in the seat, maybe it's time to look beyond the two major parties.

Arkansas voters deserve the opportunity to consider a different perspective — one that puts individual liberty, personal freedom, limited government, personal responsibility, and the rights of the people at the center of the conversation.

You don't have to vote the way your parents voted. You don't have to vote for a party just because you've always voted for it. And you certainly don't have to believe that red or blue is your only option.
