✨ WHO IS THE GENE TEAM? ✨

We’re more than a logo.
More than yard signs.
More than contracts and closings.

We’re a Mother + Son team who believes real estate is personal.

We are The Gene Team and DNA may connect us… but REAL ESTATE bonds us. ❤️

We don’t just “sell houses.”
We walk people through some of the biggest moments of their lives.

🏡 First homes.
🏡 Dream homes.
🏡 Downsizing after 37 years.
🏡 Moving closer to grandbabies.
🏡 Fresh starts.
🏡 Hard goodbyes.

We’ve cried at kitchen tables.
We’ve celebrated with confetti at closings.
We’ve answered late-night texts.
We’ve negotiated hard.
We’ve prayed with clients.
We’ve shown up every single time.

Because to us, you’re not a transaction.
You’re OUR people.

We love hard.
We advocate fiercely.
We communicate constantly.
We hustle behind the scenes so you can breathe a little easier.

Whether it’s the happiest chapter of your life or one of the hardest transitions, we do all the things and we do them together.

If you’re looking for Realtors who feel more like family…
Who show up in the big AND small moments…
Who celebrate loudly and support quietly when needed…

That’s us.

That’s The Gene Team.

And we’d be honored to be part of your story. ❤️

✨ 2025 RECAP | GRATITUDE & GROWTH ✨

As we reflect on 2025, our hearts are incredibly full. This year was about more than real estate! It was about people, families, and new beginnings.

In 2025, we had the honor of helping 37 families buy and sell their homes and closing over $7.65 MILLION in real estate. Every transaction represented trust, hard work, and a dream coming to life, from first-time homeowners receiving their keys to families stepping into their next chapter.

We are beyond blessed to be in this business and to serve our community doing what we love. Thank you to every client who trusted us, supported us, referred us, and allowed us to be part of such meaningful moments. We truly could not do this without you.

Here’s to 2025 and to an even bigger and brighter 2026. ✨
With so much gratitude,
The Gene Team ❤️

🎄 IMAGINE decorating this home for the holidays… 🎄
Some houses are beautiful year round, but this one was made for Christmas magic. ✨ 🎅🏻

From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re greeted by soaring vaulted ceilings, stunning tongue-and-groove woodwork, and not one but two cozy gas fireplaces. It’s the kind of space where a 20-foot Christmas tree doesn’t just fit… it belongs.

We added virtual holiday staging so you can picture the warm glow, the garland, the lights, and the memories waiting to be made here. ❤️

Located in Valley View School District, this 3,824 sq ft home sits on nearly a full acre and is packed with incredible updates:
✔️ Updated kitchen with granite & double oven
✔️ Renovated bathrooms
✔️ Newer HVAC units (all under 5 years!)
✔️ Smart home features
✔️ Roof 2021
✔️ Fresh paint
✔️ Newly refinished deck

And for the hobbyist or business owner?
A 30x40 shop with TWO garage doors, a second driveway, and prewired for future HVAC.

Homes like this don’t come around often.
Homes that feel this magical… even less. ✨

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect place to hang your stockings, sip cocoa by the fire, and create traditions year after year,
Welcome to 5510 Crowleys Ridge Rd. 🎁🏡
