WE’RE HIRING!!

We are seeking a professional, organized and friendly receptionist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Maintain client files and update electronic records
Assist administrative staff with general office duties
Send correspondence

Prior legal office experience is an advantage, but not required. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
