Congratulations to my buyers!

Although the road to closing wasn't as streamlined as we'd hoped, everyone worked together to make it happen.

Not here to preach, but If we could do it all over again, the only thing we would change is choosing to work with a local lender.

These buyers came to me already approved with an online lender and found a house they liked so we decided to move forward. We did experience some delayed communication issues on nights and weekends when we needed answers. I always stress the importance of working with a lender that you can call at anytime or drive to their office and sit down with. Needless to say, it will be tough for the buyers and myself to recommend that lender to anyone we know looking to buy a home.

All in all we were able to close the home with a 1 week extension and ultimately get the buyers the home they wanted!
