Poconos Airbnb Backyard Project: September 2026

I've been pretty silent on here because Summer is a busy time for both sales and construction. I am going to try to be a little bit more active though, so keep an eye out for posts/reels from all of the new homes and projects from this year, and all of the upcoming 2027 projects and opportunities!

This project was in Jim Thorpe. It is a newly built chalet. The homeowner had us convert the garage into two bedrooms, turning this five bedroom house into a seven bedroom house post construction.
