A New Jersey Bill Would End No-Fault Auto Insurance, Again!! 🚗⚖️
Under New Jersey’s no-fault system, medical bills after a car accident go through your own PIP coverage no matter who caused the crash. Senate Bill 3120, sponsored by Sen. Nicholas Scutari, would repeal it.
The bill would also raise minimum liability coverage to $100,000 per person and $200,000 per accident, and make uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage mandatory at matching limits.
The same proposal was introduced in 2020 and 2022 and did not become law. It is pending, and nothing has changed for drivers yet. Swipe for what it would change ➡️
