We had the opportunity to engage more than 70 students through two programs bringing real-world commercial real estate experience to the next generation of talent: the Retail Real Estate Investments Cup and the ICSC Real Estate Bridge Program.

The experience culminated with a site visit to Kimco's Dania Pointe, where students explored the many facets of creating and operating a successful mixed-use destination, from leasing and property management to development and placemaking.

We are proud to support programs that expand access to career pathways in commercial real estate and inspire the next generation of talent shaping our industry. Special thanks to Project Destined whose facilitation helped make these experiences possible.
