Earlier this week we to took you to Muskogee to talk about a recent probate case, but today we bring you back to Tulsa for a guardianship case. With accusations of theft of both property and money, it turned into a very high conflict situation. Our team even hired a forensic accountant to help prove that my client hadn't done any of the horrible things they were being accused of! Cases like this can create very emotional environments and my client was relieved to have his name cleared. And I felt a great deal of satisfaction to disprove such unfair allegations.

Believe it or not, my travels don't just take me to the various courthouses around northeastern Oklahoma. On this day, I was visiting the Tulsa SPCA to help a man who wants to include the organization as a beneficiary in his estate planning. While I was there, I also took a moment to see a plaque recognizing another client and his generous contributions to the SPCA. Regardless of the priorities, we can always help clients with the charitable giving that is near and dear to their hearts!

It's another day and another chance to take you on a brief tour of the work we're doing. This time we're in Tulsa County for a breach of contract case. Regardless of the case and the county, one of the most rewarding parts of the work I do can be found in the constantly changing people who need our help.
