For those celebrating their seniors and graduation, congrats!!! As newly appointed “adults” heading off to college, there are a couple of very important legal documents they need 1. Power of Attorney and 2. HIPPA release. Some colleges make these mandatory, but it’s always a good idea to be prepared. Being 18, you as parents aren’t their legal decision maker anymore! Setting them up is easy, just give me a call or shoot me a DM and we can talk about it! I Only had to rely on our Son’s doc’s 3 times last year during his freshman year! Lol

If you’ve got a son or daughter headed to college in the fall, remember they are 18 and therefore and “adult” and you won’t be able to access their medical or school info without having a Power of Attorney in place.
