Did you know that we handle Worker's Compensation cases as well as all injury cases? One of the biggest differences between Worker's Comp and Auto accidents or Fall down cases is that with Worker's Comp, it makes no difference who is at fault. As long as someone is injured in the scope of their employment, Worker's Compensation insurance will pay medical bills and wage loss. So if an employee has an accident of any kind, even if its due to their own negligence or just not paying attention to their own safety, they are still entitled to benefits. For example, lets say a truck driver falls asleep while making a delivery and hit the car in front, he or she will not be able to sue the driver of the other car because that driver did nothing negligent; however, the truck driver can make a Workers Comp claim with his or her own employer's insurance carrier for all medical bills and wage loss as long as the treating physicians state they need treatment, can not work or have limitation of their work duties. Same applies if an employee hits their shoulder walking into a doorway because he or she was drinking coffee and talking to a co-employee down the hall. Yes its his or her own fault, but thats OK for Worker Comp. so................ DON"T HESITATE TO CALL US EVEN IF YOU DID SOMETHING STUPID AT WORK THAT RESULTED IN YOU GETTING HURT!!!

The best thing about litigating domestic relations disputes such as Divorce, Custody, Support, Property, etc over 36 years is the value of expecting what the Court will do under individual circumstances. I can use this vast knowledge to help people to mediate their disputes. This saves so much money in legal fees! It saves heartache, anxiety, and it helps to create a partnership when a child or children are involved. If this applies to anyone, call me at 215-567-8910. Please call me at 215-567-8910 to explain the difference and tell you about why Uninsured Motorist coverage and Underinsured Motorist coverage is so important.
