LETSAC (Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council) LETSAC is a traffic safety organization for law enforcement officers. The L.E.T.S.A.C. troops, as well as an appointed board member from Kansas City, St.

Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council, is the primary traffic law enforcement group under the authority of Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Highway Safety Division. organization provides a link between the local law enforcement agencies, including city, county and state, and the Governor’s Highway Safety Office. Specifically the Organization provides training, information, s

ervices, and expert testimony to the General Assembly on a wide variety of requested issues. The organization holds an annual conference each summer to provide up-to-date training for attending traffic officers. In addition the organization has several standing committees that deal with a variety of issues that effect traffic and highway safety in Missouri. The board is made up of elected law enforcement officials in each of the M.S.H.P. Louis, M.S.H.P and the Missouri Safety Center..

The St Louis area had a large number of officers attending the Saturation Saturday event last night. This was one of six roll call events in Missouri last night. Saturation Saturday continues to grow with each year.

Starting October 1st, I will be starting a new position as the First Responder Liaison for Missouri working with the Highway Safety Office at MoDOT.

My focus will be in the area of Fire and EMS but will still be available if needed by someone with Law Enforcement!!

I’m looking forward to the new challenges and excited to get started.
