Trump just signed an executive order to ease ma*****na restrictions. Most states have at least medical ma*****na. Yet, the Oklahaoma Attorney General’s office, Oklahoma bureau of narcotics, and many other law enforcement and prosecutors continue to pour tons of time and money to fight ma*****na. We lost the “war” on drugs a long time ago! Couldn’t we focus on bigger problems like fentanyl, drunk driving and opioids? Spend the rest on treatment and prevention? I just don’t get it. Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is the very definition of insanity!!!

ATTENTION OKLAHOMA DRIVERS!

Big change coming November 1st - Oklahoma's DUI law is getting tougher.

Driving under the influence (alcohol/drugs) will be a felony even for first offenses like:

▪️Having a child in the car.

▪️Getting into a crash.

▪️Driving really fast, 20mph+ over posted speed limit.

▪️High blood alcohol concentration - .15% or higher.

A felony is serious...it will change your life.

Get out and vote day! Now off to work for further constitutional protections.

This victory is a result of the hard work and dedication by my staff led by Quinten Cornwell-Fescine who assisted in every aspect including the trial. Congratulations Lonnie and move on with life with your head held high!
