Again Good News at this Difficult Time. Honorable Immigration Judge Found the Client CREDIBLE vacating Asylum Officer's Negative Determination. What a Victory!!!
Never Give Up. That our client Mr. Hosen Tells us. He entered from the Southern Border, filed Asylum, received Work Permit. But then USCIS closed his case and sent him for Credible Fear Interview as he was not Interviewed at the Border. Asylum Officer concluded a Negative Credible Fear outcome. We challenged it in the Immigration court right here in the 26 Federal Plaza and the Honorable Immigration Judge ACCEPTED our arguments and Vacated the Asylum Officer's Negative Credibility Determination on June 16, 2026.
What a VICTORY particularly at this bleak time! We thank our client for his cooperation and decision to go forward.
