💙 WE’RE HIRING: TRANSITION TEAM LEAD (part time flexible)

Are you a natural leader who loves people, problem-solving, and getting things done? We’re looking for a Transition Team Lead to join the Caring Transitions team!

This is a **hands-on leadership role** where you’ll lead our team on job sites and help seniors and their families through moves, downsizing, estate sales, clean-outs, packing, organizing, and resettling.

What you’ll do:

* Lead and motivate team members on job sites
* Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and labor hours
* Ensure client, team, and property safety
* Provide exceptional, compassionate customer service
* Communicate with clients and management
* Help with packing, organizing, downsizing, estate sales, clean-outs, and auctions
* Train and mentor team members
* Keep projects running smoothly—even when the unexpected happens!

What we’re looking for:

* Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* A positive, can-do attitude
* Someone who is comfortable **rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the team**
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying environments

NOTE: experience in the senior industry is a plus but not required
