From Jacksonville to Oshkosh, Aviation Attorney Ed Booth spent his summer vacation doing what he loves most: flying.
For the 30th time, Ed flew his 1968 Piper Arrow nearly 1,000 miles to Wisconsin for EAA AirVenture, the world's largest aviation event. The annual gathering attracts approximately 750,000 visitors and 10,000 aircraft, making Oshkosh one of the busiest airports in the world for the week.
Ed also serves as a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) Legal Services Plan, which provides legal services to approximately 50,000 members. During this year's event, he volunteered at the AOPA pavilion, answering aviation-related legal questions, and attended a free CLE seminar presented by the University of Pennsylvania Dickinson Law School.
After 30 trips to Oshkosh, Ed continues to enjoy the opportunity to combine his passion for aviation with his work as an aviation attorney.
