Datz & Datz, P.A. seeks an experienced, hard-working family law paralegal to join our team. Employment would be part-time, mostly remote but possibly with some in-office work. The position entails preparation of discovery responses, (e.g. financial affidavits, mandatory disclosures, responses to requests to produce, answers to interrogatories), preparation of trial and hearing exhibits, and other general paralegal duties. Applicants should be proficient with Word and Excel. Experience with “Family Law Software” for financial affidavits is a plus, and if no experience, one should have a committed willingness to learn it.
The paralegal hired will work directly with Lawrence Datz who is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
