Inspect it. Walk it after rain. Don’t skip the boring steps because the model home smelled like cookies.

Payment includes taxes, insurance, HOA, and the funding fee if you finance it. BAH is a monthly allowance that changes with rank and zip.

We put both on one sheet. If the payment only works on a perfect month, the house is too expensive.
