The ISOB was formed to recognize the era’s best advocates and to support the goals of ethical conduct, protection of the rights of citizens, the independence of the judiciary and the integrity of the Bar. Costantino serves on the ISOB Board of Governors and as the ISOB National Membership Chair. ABOTA is an organization that seeks to elevate the standards of integrity, honor, ethics, civility and courtesy in the legal profession. Costantino was selected as the ABOTA-Jacksonville Chapter’s Lawyer of the Year for 2012 and he was the President of the ABOTA-Jacksonville Chapter for 2015. He currently serves on the statewide ABOTA (FLABOTA) Executive Committee and served as FLABOTA President for 2019-2020. Costantino has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the publication The Best Lawyers in America. Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer rating service in the legal profession. A listing in Best Lawyers is widely regarded as a significant honor, given to a lawyer by his peers. The National Trial Lawyers organization selected Mr. Costantino for inclusion in its list of the top 100 trial lawyers in the State of Florida. The NTL is an invitation-only organization that extends membership to 100 lawyers in each state who exemplify superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and profile as civil plaintiff trial lawyers. The NTL has also selected Mr. Costantino as one of the top 25 medical malpractice lawyers in Florida. The Chester Bedell Inn of Court has designated Mr. Costantino as a Master of the Bench. This designation is reserved for judges, experienced lawyers and law professors. He has also been named a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum where membership is limited to lawyers who have won million dollar verdicts or settlements for their clients. Less than one percent of the lawyers in the United States are members of this forum. Costantino represents clients in complex personal injury matters, including wrongful death, professional liability, car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents as well as premises liability cases. Costantino received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. He is the managing shareholder of The Costantino Law Firm, P.A. Costantino and his wife Monica have four children.
