🔵ESPAÑOL🔵 Un ciudadano estadounidense nacido en Texas, con una identificación REAL ID válida de Alabama ha sido detenido tres veces por agentes de inmigración.

Así no trata un país libre a su propia gente. Ahora un tribunal federal en Mobile, Alabama decidirá si detiene al Departamento de Seguridad Nacional para que no continúe con estos abusos. La demanda exige que los agentes dejen de entrar a propiedades privadas sin órdenes, dejen de detener trabajadores basándose en su apariencia, y liberen inmediatamente a cualquier persona que presente prueba de ciudadanía. Cualquier otra cosa es una violación de los derechos más básicos.

🔵ENGLISH🔵 A U.S. citizen born in Texas, carrying a valid Alabama REAL ID has been detained three times by immigration officers.

This is not how a free country treats its own people. Now a federal court in Mobile, Alabama will decide whether to stop the Department of Homeland Security from continuing these abuses. The lawsuit demands that officers stop entering private property without warrants, stop targeting workers based on how they look, and release anyone immediately when they show proof of citizenship. Anything less is a violation of basic rights.

Un programa que ha sido un éxito abrumador para nuestra economía y nuestras comunidades. Los beneficiarios de DACA han iniciado negocios, ocupado trabajos esenciales y pagado impuestos. Son nuestros vecinos, compañeros de clase y amigos.
Pero hoy, está bajo un ataque inminente. Esta administración está retrasando las renovaciones, aumentando los arrestos y acaba de aprobar un proyecto de ley que destina $250 mil millones a la aplicación de la ley migratoria. Los Dreamers están siendo atacados y aterrorizados.

But today, it’s under imminent attack. The administration is delaying renewals, increasing arrests, and just passed a bill directing $250 billion to immigration enforcement. Dreamers are being scared and targeted.

Una nueva investigación revela que en 2024, la población latina de más de 68 millones generó $4.4 billones para la economía estadounidense, colocando al PIB latino como el cuarto más grande del mundo por encima del de Japón. El crecimiento de la fuerza laboral latina se debe principalmente a nacimientos, no a inmigración, sumando millones mientras otros grupos disminuyen.

Desde educación hasta negocios propios, los latinos crecen más rápido que cualquier otro grupo. Como concluyen los investigadores: "El futuro es latino".

🔵ESPAÑOL🔵 La administración Trump está cambiando su enfoque sobre las deportaciones masivas. En lugar de hacer redadas públicas grandes y enfrentamientos con manifestantes, ahora están usando tácticas más silenciosas.

El nuevo secretario de Seguridad Nacional, Markwayne Mullin, dijo que quiere mantener su departamento fuera de las noticias. Los arrestos por inmigración han bajado recientemente, pero la administración todavía planea deportar a 1 millón de personas este año.
