Coming soon! will be hosting the 9th Annual Operation Green Light. This special statewide initiative is sponsored by the Florida Clerks and allows individuals who have overdue traffic tickets or criminal fees to pay in full while waiving the collections surcharge.

Hours of Operation: Monday, April 13 through Friday, April 17 and then again from Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24. Operation Green Light will take place in person from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at both the Duval County Courthouse and the Clerk's Beaches Branch located at 1543 Atlantic Blvd. There will be special extended hours until 6:30 pm on Thursday, April 16 at the Duval County Courthouse location only. No appointments are needed to participate. Those interested can simply walk in during program hours.

We had a great week, how about you? Among some other victories, we were successful in keeping a clients license from going into a habitual offender status, we kept a client from going to jail & we finalized a clients record expungement.

A few things to keep in mind if you’re ever arrested for driving under the influence.
