Heading to the closing table soon? Whether as a buyer or seller, there are certain items you’ll need to bring with you in order to seal the deal:

Buyers:
✅ Funds required for closing (down payment, fees, odd days interest, and initial escrow deposit)
✅ Valid photo ID for each borrower on the loan
✅ Approval Certificate from the Homeowner’s Association, if needed

Sellers:
✅ Valid photo ID
✅ Keys to the property, common areas, garages, etc.
