I've been pretty quiet on this page for the past few months.

As many of you know, my mom and business partner, Martha, passed away in June. The Trice Team began because she believed I could do this long before I was convinced of it myself. We built this business together, and figuring out what it looks like without her beside me has taken some time.

I'm not interested in trying to replace what we had or start over. Instead, I'm looking forward to continuing what we started together.

Over the coming months, you'll see The Trice Team begin a new chapter, including some new branding that I'm really excited about. There are pieces of Mom quietly woven into it, and I think she would have loved it.

Most importantly, the reason we started doing this hasn't changed: taking care of people, treating them honestly, and being someone they can trust when real estate gets complicated.

Congratulations to my buyer, Ryan, on the purchase of his new home in Jacksonville!

This one had a few twists and turns along the way: inspections, repairs, insurance hurdles, and plenty of moving parts, but everyone stayed focused on the goal and we made it to the closing table.

Today we officially closed!

This wasn't just a condo sale, it was the first half of a bigger goal. Ryan sold his condo and purchased a home of his own, all while navigating inspections, insurance challenges, repairs, and tight timelines for a same-day, dual closing.

These are the transactions that remind me why I love real estate. Every property has a story, and every closing represents a major life milestone for someone.
