Same client. Same Realtor. Second home. Seven years of growth between these two pictures.
In 2019, Kandice trusted me to guide her through the selection and purchase of her very first home. She was intentional then, made a strong investment, and seven years later, she came back ready to do it again. What impressed me even more? She had saved every dollar of profit from the sale of that first home. And this time, she was purchasing her second home in an entirely different state.
There are a lot of ways to measure success in this business, and honestly, it’s different for every agent I know. But for me, it goes beyond the numbers—and it’s right here in this story. Having someone trust you with such a significant decision and then choose you again years later will always be one of the greatest measures of success for me.
Kandice, I am SO proud of you. Not just because you bought another home, but because of how you’ve moved. You made a smart decision with your first purchase. You recognized that starting was the best step. You allowed that investment to serve you well, you were responsible and disciplined with your equity, and when it was time for your next chapter, you approached this purchase with that same intention—and with me by your side again. 🥹 Watching you continue to build for yourself has been such a beautiful thing to witness.
And looking at these two pictures? Whew. 🥹 There is so much life between them.
So much growth. So many lessons. So many changes. And not just for Kandice—for me too. We have both grown tremendously, personally and professionally, since that first closing in 2019.
Yet somehow, seven years later, here we are again—still rocking and rolling.❤️
