Thinking about starting the 75 Hard Challenge on June 1st and I’m curious… has anyone here actually completed it?
I’ve been really thinking and praying about doing it because I want more discipline mentally, physically, and spiritually. The part that concerns me most is the outdoor workout every day because of my foot injuries. I can’t always walk on pavement, so I’d have to get creative and do lower impact options outside when needed.
For the nutrition side, I’m leaning toward clean eating with no preservatives and cutting out a lot of processed foods.
I’m not looking at this as a “perfect body” challenge. For me it would be more about consistency, mindset, health, discipline, and proving to myself that I can commit to something difficult.
Has anyone done it?
What was the hardest part?
Did it truly change you?
And would anyone want to start June 1st with me for accountability?
I’d love honest feedback before I jump in.

I thought jury duty would be boring… until I walked into the courthouse and realized how intense the entire process really feels. From the waiting room anxiety to hearing real criminal cases being discussed, this was definitely not what I expected for my first time serving jury duty.

Let’s just say my mind had it feeling like a scene straight out of a thriller movie. 😂

The jury has spoken… well actually they didn’t. They sent me home. 🙌

Now it’s back to real estate, listings, buyers, and videos.
