Our favorite time of the year is here! The greatest gift is the gift of giving to others. This time of the year is filled with joy but also added stress. Lets not forget to take the time to care for ourselves. The Florida Bar is encouraging members to embrace the "12 Days of Wellness" challenge, who will join us?

Look, we know these are stressful times during the holidays -- you have work demands, financial demands, family demands and you're just out here trying to balance them all. When the reality is this is the time of year where spending time with friends and loved ones are the moments you SHOULD be enjoying the most.

So we created this Wellness Card in hopes that EACH day you will attempt to cross one item off for the next 12 days in the lead up to Christmas, Hanukkah and the New Year.
