Who are The Clarks? Alvin & Sarah Clark met over 15 years ago. They became best friends, married an had a baby. After a few years they realized that they fell into the trap of being habitual renters. After careful consideration they realized that renting should only be a temporary solution for them and wouldn't be a smart move for their long term plans as a young and growing family. Home ownership is the key to building generational wealth. They decided to go forward in achieving the dream of home ownership and started house hunting. They were recommended an agent through a friend who helped them through the process of buying a home, and she quickly put their minds at ease when they got stressed. During the process Sarah began asking their real estate agent about the life and work flow of a Realtor. With enthusiasm their agent Amanda told Sarah how much she loves helping people find their homes. From the house hunting, to the educational aspects of the business, real estate is incredibly rewarding. After The Clark’s closed on their first home, they caught the bug and soon after began pursuing real estate careers of their own. They’ve since hit the ground running!

Both Alvin and Sarah have years of sales and marketing experience and put that experience and knowledge into their passion for real estate.
