We are proud to support the D.W. Perkins Bar Association’s scholarship efforts.

Every year, D.W. Perkins provides financial assistance to graduating law students to help them prepare for the bar examination. This year many law students will receive their scholarships at the D.W. Perkins Scholarship and Award Gala on April 25, 2025. We are honored to support such a worthy cause and look forward to celebrating these deserving students.

Message from our founder.

This week marks 2 years since I launched Azor Law, still the only civil rights law firm in Jacksonville owned by a black woman. My goal was not just to win cases on behalf of our clients but to also be a source of knowledge and support for our community.

I’m happy to say that for the past two years, we have gotten Justice for many clients who endured employment and housing discrimination whether it’s due to their race, religion, nationality, gender or disability. We have also been fighting and continue to fight for Justice for our clients who are wrongfully killed or subjected to excessive force by law enforcement.

I’m looking forward to continuing to be a catalyst for change and a driving force for justice in our community.

As the world continues to change, my message from day one remains, you matter! Your life matters! Your future matters!

Our client, a 15 year old was charged with battery. We investigated, weakened the state’s case and advocated on our client’s behalf. After months of hard work, the case has been dismissed.
