I’m reminded daily that real estate is not for the faint of heart.
Every year, every sales season (even the “easy” ones, whatever that means) brings its own set of challenges.

Not only is the grass greener where you water it,
It’s greenest where you fertilize it, w**d it, and mow it.
Meaning:
To stay relevant, you must stay educated.
You must stay networked.
You must stay focused.
You must have structure.
You must know how to “hunt” and “fish” on your own, and not rely on 3rd party referral services that slice away 30% or more of your income and are “one & done” customers.

If you’re in real estate, ask yourself every week and every month:
1. Who did I intentionally talk to?
2. Who am I accountable to?
3. Did I daydream or did I perform?
4. Did I spend time on busywork or concrete results?
5. Did I consistently take action?
6. Did I make an investment in my growth?
7. Did I network?
8. Am I coachable?
9. Did I contribute to the culture in my workplace?
