After 20 years of military service, countless early mornings, long days, and a whole lot of discipline… I’m officially BACK in Jacksonville, FL 🇺🇸🏡

And yes… that also means I’m RETIRING from active duty.

But let’s be clear… I’m not slowing down. I’m just shifting missions.

Now, my full focus is on Real Estate and taking care of my clients at the highest level. Same work ethic. Same commitment. Same attention to detail. Just a different uniform.

I remember getting PCS orders and thinking…

“Alright… where are we going now?” 😅

New base.
New city.
New schools.
New house 🏡

It can feel like you have to figure out everything at once.

Now that I’m helping military families here in Jacksonville, Florida, I see the same questions come up all the time from people PCSing here:

📍 Where should we live?
🚗 How far is the commute to base?
🏡 Can we buy a home before we even arrive?

The good news is Jacksonville is actually a great duty station for homeowners. There are solid neighborhoods near NAS Jacksonville, Mayport, and Kings Bay, and many military families are still using their VA loan instead of renting.

After serving 20 years in the Marine Corps, helping military families relocate here is something I genuinely enjoy doing 🇺🇸
