Are you a Veteran? Did you suffer from an illness, injury or event during your military service that still bothers you today? If you answered “yes” to the above questions, and you weren’t dishonorably discharged, you are entitled to financial compensation from the VA.

You are also entitled to compensation for any condition that manifested as a consequence of a medical condition that was incurred in or caused by your military service. Lastly, you are entitled to compensation for conditions that existed before you enlisted but were aggravated or worsened by service.

If you’ve already filed a claim for compensation and been denied, there’s nothing to worry about. There is still a strong likelihood that we will win your case on appeal, no matter how much time has passed since you first filed your claim. If we do win, your first payment will include back-pay benefits, measured from the date you first filed your claim. So, the more time that has passed since you first filed your claim, the better! Your compensation amount will be greater once we do prevail.

We also represent Veterans who are already service connected for a medical condition but would like to pursue a higher rating due to a worsening of their condition or if the VA initially assigned them too low of a rating for their condition. In these cases, Veterans are also often entitled to a substantial amount of back-pay benefits.

This is a fundraising campaign for United States Air Force Veteran, Robert Graham. He is a very kindhearted gentleman and a true pleasure to speak with. Robert takes his civic duties very seriously and even works as a Volunteer Bell Ringer for the Salvation Army. We are proud to represent him.

During his military service, Robert was exposed to a Uranium leak while working around nuclear weapons. He subsequently developed Paranoid Schizophrenia from the radiation exposure and has struggled to build a stable life for himself ever since. Robert also has Type II Diabetes and Peripheral Neuropathy, which prevents him from walking without assistance.

He has recently retained Justice for Vets, LLC to assist him with his Veteran Disability Claims against the VA. However, this is a somewhat lengthy process, and Robert is currently in danger of being kicked out of the Extended Stay Motel where he is currently residing in Tuscon, Arizona, as he is unable to pay the hotel's fees. If Robert is unable to pay the motel approximately $500 by Sunday, January 31st, he will be rendered homeless.

Any help that you are able to provide is greatly appreciated. Robert is currently 74 years old, and I worry that he may not be able to survive the harsh and stressful conditions imposed by homelessness.

I realize that’s mostly true, so I make a conscious effort to be a good person first and a good lawyer second.
