Might not recommend the big corporate lending institution on this deal again after this, but here we are.
An assumable mortgage transaction that took way longer than it should have, with more challenges than I care to count. Definitely one of the hardest deals I've worked on.
But after a lot of persistence from all parties, we finally made it to the closing table.
Big congratulations to my sellers for hanging in there through the process, and congratulations to the buyers, who secured an amazing 2.25% interest rate.
Not sure how many years this deal took off my life, but we're CLOSED! 🎉
