🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Michele Miller 🌟
From the very beginning, Michele has been part of the Gospel Justice Center.
She started serving with us during our mock clinic in September and has been faithfully serving ever since our official launch in October 2025. As a Client Intake Specialist, she’s often one of the first faces our clients see, setting the tone with warmth, care, and compassion.
Michele is married with two grown kids and is part of our Fellowship Bible Church family. When she’s not working in real estate, you’ll likely find her spending time with her two goldendoodles, exploring small towns, or cheering on Baylor. That same energy and joy carries over into the way she serves each client who walks through our doors.
Michele shared that her heart for this ministry comes from seeing how overwhelming the legal system can feel for so many people. Instead of standing on the outside, she stepped in to help, walking alongside clients as they begin to find clarity, direction, and a plan forward.
“People often come in feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. They leave not only with a plan, but with renewed hope.”
One moment that has stayed with her was a client facing a custody situation with no clear direction, who later was able to establish a parenting plan. It’s a reminder of what can happen when someone simply has guidance and support.
And week after week, she sees something even deeper:
“People walk in feeling uncertain and overwhelmed… and leave feeling loved, valued, and equipped with a plan.”
That’s the heart of this ministry.
When asked what she would say to someone considering volunteering, her answer was simple: “Sign up! There are so many different opportunities to be involved.”
If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, we’d love to have you take that step:
