Lark Law Office, PLLC General civil legal services focusing on Elder Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Real Estate and Property. I am also a Notary Public.

I provide legal services in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law. This includes issues such as preparing Power of Attorney and Patient Advocate Documents, wills and trusts. I can prepare individual documents or a complete estate plan. I also provide advice and assist clients with Medicaid issues such as eligibility questions, estate recovery, spend down, and long-term care planning. I will assist you in probate court matters including when and how a family should consider appointing conservator or guardian for their loved one. Every client I meet faces a unique situation and set of challenges. My goal is to work with each individual client to address their specific wants and needs.
