I often hear, "I have a (friend/brother/dad/neighbor/daughter) who is an attorney, why would I need LegalShield?"

“On December 9 I cracked the screen on my phone. I contacted Verizon and was told by their rep I could take it to a store and get it replaced for ‘approximately $29.99’.

When I got to the store I was told they no longer have technicians in stores and I would need to file an insurance claim to get my screen repaired.
