On January 27th , 2026 RG Investment Group was able to help close on a property for a retiring investor who was looking to divest his portfolio. This deal was different because the seller was wanting to sell but specifically wanted to sell to a fellow African American investor to “encourage economic empowerment within the people of our own communities.”

This was a very specific ask of a seller that we’ve never experienced before but no problem for the RG team as we were able to close at his desired price as well as within his terms of his other preferences. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work with another homeowner!
