Congratulations to Attorney TreMarcus Rosemon on successfully securing the release of a deserving client who had suffered a wrongful probation revocation. This client was serving 16 years on probation (5 reporting/11 non-reporting) for a drug conviction. The court fully revoked the client’s probation based upon his first technical violation, which caused the client to be sentenced to 16 years in prison (to be served day for day). We filed a petition for post-conviction relief, and after serving 337 days in prison, the client was RELEASED and the revocation was VACATED!Justice was done!

Congratulations to Attorney Graham Carner on successfully securing the dismissal of a 20-count indictment for a well-deserved client! Our client always maintained her innocence and justice finally prevailed!

Lafayette County Circuit Judge Gray Tollison dismissed all felony and misdemeanor counts against Charlotte Fant Pegues because her husband said he was the sole provider for the dogs.
