Steve Yale-Loehr was quoted by The Epoch Times on the legal challenge to the Department of Homeland Security’s new rule eliminating duration of status (D/S) for international students and exchange visitors.

Steve said he believes the plaintiffs have a “very good chance of winning,” citing concerns that DHS failed to adequately consider thousands of public comments criticizing the proposed rule and that eliminating D/S may raise substantive legal issues.

The new rule is scheduled to take effect September 15, with a court decision expected before then.
