There are two types of people when it comes to building a home.
The first wants a blank canvas.
Give them the land, a Pinterest board, and approximately 847 saved kitchen photos, and they'll take it from there.
The second would prefer someone to kindly skip ahead to the part where the plans are already taking shape.
