He is the only attorney to have served as a Chief and Deputy Chief in the respective Suffolk and Nassau District Attorneys' Vehicular Crimes Bureaus supervising, investigating, and serving as the lead trial attorney on some of the most significant trials on Long Island and New York State during the last 15 years. Morgenthau Prosecutor of the Year Award from the the District Attorney Association of the State of NY. The award is given annually to one regional prosecutor that personifies a commitment to integrity and the tireless pursuit of justice.
